App bundle: com.voidframe.oneping
Effective: 13 July 2026
This policy explains what the One Ping app (“the app”, “we”) does with your data. The app is made by Void Games. We designed it to need as little personal data as possible: there are no accounts — we never ask for your name, email, or a login — and the app shows no ads.
To show aggregate daily statistics (how many players solved today’s puzzle and how your result ranks), the app stores a random anonymous identifier generated on your device and sends to our server: the puzzle date, your solve time, and your move count. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, advertising ID, or any other identity — it exists only so a result counts once per device. It is erased if you delete the app. If you never finish a daily puzzle, nothing is sent.
The optional PATROL I campaign is a one-time purchase handled by Apple through the App Store (on Android, by Google through Google Play). The store processes the payment; we do not see your card or store-account details.
Your progress, streak, campaign records, notes, and settings are stored on your device. Except for the anonymous daily results above, this data is not sent anywhere.
No advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, no tracking. We do not sell your data.
The app is a logic puzzle with a naval theme and contains no objectionable content, no ads and no social features. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
On-device data is removed when you delete the app. The anonymous daily results are not tied to your identity, so we generally cannot single you out — but if you want your anonymous records removed, contact us and we will delete the rows for the identifier you provide.
We may update this policy; the “Effective” date above shows the latest version.
